The Kennett Square Holiday Village is a curated artisan & craft retail show. We are primarily looking for artists & artisans who create handmade, original work or sell holiday themed vintage. We will also have an array of food trucks selling delicious bites.
The event is held in a semi enclosed outdoor space & each participant will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ space, including a tent. Participants are required to bring everything else that is needed for set up & display. This includes your tables. Food trucks will be able to park in our gravel parking lot at the entrance.
If you would like to share a space and have someone in mind you must specify the name of your desired booth mate when applying. Both of you must be accepted in order to share a space. If your requested booth mate is not accepted, and you are, we can pair you will another vendor or will offer you your own 10’ x 10’ space. We do not allow more than 2 people to share a space.
We will be communicating with you via email only. Check your emails (and spam folder) regularly for updates. Our curation team is made up of Meredith Langer with some input from Caroline Roosevelt from Kennett Township and Tara Dugan of Scout & Annie and WorKS. DATES: Saturday, December 2nd from 11-6pm and/or Sunday, December 3rd from 11-6pm and/or Saturday, December 9th from 11-6pm and/or Sunday, December 10th from 11-6pm.
LOCATION: The Creamery 401 Birch Street, Kennett Square PA
APPLICATION DEADLINE: End of the day, Sunday, October 1st, 2017
ACCEPTANCE: You will be e-mailed by the end of the day Sunday, October 15th, 2017 letting you know if you have been accepted. Space is limited, so the better application the better chances of getting in. Once you are accepted, the vendor fee will be due.
VENDOR FEE: $100 per day per 10x10 space (for artisan vendors or food trucks)
For Artisan Vendors Only: $180 for entire weekend (2 days) or $350 for both weekends, both days. There is no discount for Food Trucks for multiple days.
For Artisan Vendors Only: You can request to share a 10 x 10 space with another vendor at $50 per day. There is no discount for shared booths for multiple days.
For Artisan Vendors that have a shop in downtown Kennett Square: We are offering a 30% discount to vendors that are Main Street Sponsors of Historic Kennett Square. Please make sure to make note in your application that you are a shop downtown & confirm your sponsorship. If you are not a sponsor of HKS, please visit www.historickennettsquare.com/support-hks
PAYMENT: Pay Pal is our preferred method of payment. Go to: www.paypal.me/historickennett & fill in Dollar Amount in the amount field. (If you would like to pay via Check, please e-mail Meredith). Payment is required after October 15th and before October 29th.
