The Kennett Square Holiday Village Market is a curated artisan retail market. We are primarily looking for artists & artisans who create handmade, original work or sell vintage. Huge bonus if your products are holiday themed.
The event is held in an outdoor space & each participant will be provided with a 10’ x 10’ space, including a tent. Participants are required to bring everything else that is needed for setup & display. This includes your tables. This site has steps & some uneven walkways that vendors must be prepared for. We plan to still have volunteers available to help with load in & load out. Vendors are required to clean up their 10' x 10' space after the event. Vendors cannot bring their own tents & must use the one provided.
NEW: Due to COVID-19 we will require attendees to purchase tickets in advance so we can limit the number of guests and be compliant with the Health Department & state guidelines. This means we can have no more than 250 people at the Creamery at any time. This count includes vendors, volunteers, Creamery staff, etc. Because we want as many of those 250 people as possible to be shoppers, we’re asking that each vendor to have only one person on-site at any given time. You are welcome to bring a helper for set up and break down, but we ask that they leave during the shopping hours. Everyone on-site must wear a mask at all times.
We are still expecting a nice crowd---Just one that is more spread out & focused on shopping than past years.
Please keep in mind when applying that this is a family-friendly event. We are looking for vendors that cater to children & adults. Event coordinators have the right to refuse products that do not meet this criteria.

APPLICATION DEADLINE: End of the day on Wednesday, November 4th, 2020
ACCEPTANCE: You will receive an e-mail by the end of the day on Sunday, November 15th, 2020 letting you know if you have been accepted. Space is limited, so the better your application, the better your chances are of getting in. You may only be accepted for some of the days you apply for. Flexibility with dates increases your chances of being accepted. Once you are accepted, the vendor fee will be due.
VENDOR FEE: $150 per day [$100 Vendor Fee + $50 Required Tent Fee] per 10x10 space Bulk Discount: $275 for entire weekend or both Saturdays/Sundays (2 days) or $525 for both weekends, both days. Shared Space: Not available in 2020 due to CDC guidelines For Artisan Vendors who have a shop in downtown Kennett Square: We are offering a 20% discount to vendors that are Main Street Sponsors of Historic Kennett Square. PAYMENT: Your total vendor fee due will be e-mailed to you with your acceptance. Payment is required after your acceptance before November 1st. Payment can be paid by Check or Credit Card (additional processing fee required with Credit Card transactions).
